This has been my go-to dinner for a while now.
Everyone likes it, it's super easy and cheap, healthy and low cal.
-onions (1 or 2)
-dried lentils (3cups)
-celery (4 stocks)
-sweet potato (1 big one)
-garlic (3 cloves)
-chicken bullion (1)
Cut everything up, put it in the crockpot and wait a few hours!
Sometimes I add chicken and other veggies.
